    Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing (Remote)

    We are seeking for a well connected Business Development Manager or Growth Manager - Digital Marketing to handle acquiring new international and premium clients. The candidate will join our team remotely and should have at least a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in online media, publisher management, and agency sales.


    • Spearhead the expansion of Jubna Network within the specified region by successfully reaching out to potential partners.
    • Strategically identify leads and opportunities, pitch Jubna to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new partners.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
    • Manage the relationship with existing partners and ensure continuous partnership.
    • Assist with critical requests or issue escalations as needed.
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key clients and partners.
    • Lead day to day communication with clients by providing them with assistance with a focus on client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the Sales team to develop pre-sale proposals and identify upsell opportunities.
    • Manage the launch of new features towards the goal of higher ROI for publishers.


    • With at least 2-3 years of online-centric experience in sales and digital marketing.
    • Experienced in building relationships with both internal and external business partners.
    • With proven network in the field of Online Media / Agency Sales of the specified region
    • Should be highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.
    • Able to creatively and strategically sell, with strong analytical and project management skills.
    • With excellent client service and presentational skills, and strong negotiation.
