Job Summary

To identify and develop new business opportunities which will help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives

 Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Market Research

• Independent and deep Research in different social networks, groups, channels, and other sources to identify points of interests of our target audience
• Stay current on industry trends, landscape changes, and competitor moves in order to surface new potential partnership opportunities.
• Develop and implement a market research procedure that will enable the company to identify business opportunities.
• Analyses research results and produce reports identifying relevant market trends and recommending appropriate policies and actions to be implemented
• Provide a source of expertise to managers and staff in carrying out market research
• Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of market research to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective policies and approaches.

Business Development

• Preparing business offers and commercial proposals
• Project planning and estimation
• Holding negotiations with clients
• Deals closure and successful transition to delivery
• Prepare and check all the strategic project calendar for all the company projects that touches most of the company functions and keep a constant track for all dates, actions and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of all projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within dedicated budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation aligned with the company plans for both short term and long terms view and strategy
• Develop a detailed and comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress for all projects aligned with each project leader for each single project as well as other staff members and management.
• Measure project performance in all stages staring from creating plans, business cases, implementation and detailed report

Job Required Competencies

• First Degree in Management, Marketing, Social sciences. MBA or Master’s degree in a related subject is an added advantage
• Any relevant qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
• Experience as a business development Manager in Multi Sector.
• Experience with Market research
•  Proven knowledge of Project Management
• Proven ability to see opportunity in every challenge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
• Sound judgement
• Good computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point
• Well organized with strong time management skills
• Respect for diversity and sensitivity to other cultures
