Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, coordinating, and working on the construction.
- Responsible for renovating and maintaining residential buildings.
- Oversees a project by either making arrangements with subcontractors.
- Ensure that the construction projects meet client's requirements as well as the government and industry regulations.
