Brand and Marketing Manager(Wet Hair) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Description

• Analyzing consumer market/trends and assisting with new product development and trade launches.
• Lad weekly cross-functional meetings to establish and maintain third-party relationships.
• Leverage on stylist training and education to drive sensitization and correct use of products in the wet Hair category.
• Drive brand visibility and open market activation in the local territories.
• Successfully launch hair care line of products.
• Drive execution excellence on key brand initiatives across ATL and BTL touchpoints using macro & micro-influencers.
• Planning and execution of the brand communications and media actions on all channels including digital platforms.
• Manage and oversee the profitability of the wet hair product line, by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Follow and have a detailed understanding of the competitors and propose ideas on how the brand should stay ahead.
• Manage the brand’s perception for the new products’ line.
• Manage product communication, highlighting its USP, to be used to drive brand trial.
• Work closely with the Modern Trade and BTL teams to ensure that products are well places in open markets, malls, and e – commerce platforms

Requirements

Mininum of 4years experience in hair manufacturing company(Wet hair products)
