Roles and Responsibilities

• Markets the store through appointments with physicians internally and externally.
• Attends community events.
• Develops and executes marketing plans.
• Handles staff and patient scheduling, purchasing and merchandising.
• Achieves/exceeds sales goals and performs daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory and accounting functions.
• Guarantee that Visual Merchandising standards are upheld accordingly.
• Communicate properly with all departments involved in the Boutique business (accountancy, IT, logistics, marketing) and respect deadline.
• Set and achieve the sales and qualitative objectives for the Boutique such as annual budget, stock status.
• Monitor and improve service level through daily evaluation of the team to reach The Mystery Customer Targets.
• Must be up to date on fashion trends and news.

Qualifications

• Interested person must have a Degree from related field.
• Must have between 3 - 5 years working experience.
• Open preferably to females.
