Bookkeeper / Accountant at Kinlos Capital Partners (KCP)

Job Description

• We are seeking a bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team and help to facilitate the smooth flow of our business activities.
• The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy of financial statements for the company.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
• Reconciliation of bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial data.
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
• Record payment and disbursements and prepare budgets.

Required Technical Skills / Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• At least 4+ years verifiable work experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping within a similar role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft application tool- MS word, MS excel and power point.
• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to pivot with changing priorities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills including the ability to explain complex information succinctly and effectively
• Highest degree of integrity and professionalism required.
