    Book keeper/Accountant

    Job Description

    1.      Maintain all necessary Account records including but not limited to:

    • Cash Book
    • Loan Register
    • Salary Advance Register 
    • Daily sales Register 
    • Bank Deposit Register 
    • Tax matters file
    • Salary File 
    • LPG purchase file

    All other files and registers to be maintained in the course of business activities 

    • Review activities of cashier on a daily basis.
    • Digitization of Accounting Records on excel and wave accounting package.
    • Reconciliation of Cash book balance and physical cash on a daily basis.
    • Bank Reconciliation on a bi-weekly basis.
    • Reconciliation of LPG sales quantity on a daily and weekly basis.
    • Prepare management reports such as sales report, cash and bank report and any other report required by management.
    • All other responsibilities assigned by management 

    Application Requirements 

    • Minimum of one year experience
    • HND in Accounts/Business Administration 
    • Females are strongly encouraged to apply
