    Bilingual Personal Assistant / Secretary to C-Level Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are recruiting for a successful candidate to serve as a bilingual Personal Assistant / Secretary, to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to CEO level Executive.

    Requirements

    • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Secretarial Administration, Office Technology and Management only
    • Minimum of 4 years of office administration experience, with at least 3 years’ experience supporting C-Level Executives.
    • Must be fluent in spoken and written French as a second language

    Skills And Knowledge:

    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Good data collection and analytical skills
    • Expert level in written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong confidence level
