    Assistant Human Resources

    Job Description

    • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including clerical and administrative tasks.
    • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
    • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Help onboard new hires and coordinate orientation and training sessions.
    • Process documentation related to payroll, benefits, and employee changes.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure smooth communication within the department.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
