    Apartment Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Administering check-in and check out procedures for guests
    • Supervise housekeeping and guest turnover services
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Inspecting properties pre-guest check in and post guest check out
    • Providing recommendations to guests for activities, restaurants, things to do etc
    • Perform routine and emergency maintenance on properties
    • Resolve guest issues in a professional manner
    • Act as liaison between apartment owners and management

    Requirements

    • Proven hospitality or guest management experience
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent customer service skills including the ability to problem solve
    • Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and produce high quality work under pressure. 
    • Proficient organisational and planning skills.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to innovate and identify improvements to the service offered
    • Must live on the Lekki or Victoria Island Area of Lagos
