Administrative Officer at a Natural Health Store

Our Client, a Natural Health Store, located in Lekki Phase 1, is looking to hire an Administrative Officer for general office support.

Duties:

• Manage office supplies, stock, and place orders.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Overseeing repairs of the company’s equipment and purchasing of replacement
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Overall management of the company’s different departments and environment
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
• Give weekly reports and tasks for the following week at the management meeting and carry out other tasks as instructed by management.
