    We are currently looking for a qualified and innovative Adminidtrative officer to increase the efficiency and profitability of our company operations. The officer will be responsible for customer service, logistics support and inventory. The officer reports directly to the Business Manager.

    Customer Service

    • Taking orders via varieties of platforms including whatsapp, call-in, Instagram and food aggregators like Jumia, G-shop etc.
    • Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
    • Assist customers with menu selection and answer all questions in a respectful and patient manner
    • Confirm customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the Point of Sale System/receipts
    • Constant communication with the kitchen to make sure there are adequate amount of stock for customers who have placed orders. Hence, adjust order taking speed accordingly.
    • Sending of broadcasts or promotion products via status updates frequently to inform customers and boost sales
    • During off peak times, call and help expedite call-in and carry-out orders
    • Issues receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
    • Make sale referrals or specials, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones
    • Resolve guest complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information


    • Ensure all products are delivered in a clear and professional manner
    • Ensure all products comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
    • Pace the number of orders to allow adequate time for assembling quality food products
    • Package take-out items and complete accurate transactions

    Inventory Control

    • Clean and organize store room
    • Conduct cycle counts to identify loss and improve in-stock position
    • Sort/Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies when they do not match
    • Put away product to inventory locations, in accordance with applicable instruction and expiration requirements
    • Identify and return where necessary defective stock.
    • Report on items received- Weight, Date, quantity, vendor and/purchaser.
    • Manage waste and spoilage through strict compliance with ‘FIFO’ practices (First In, First Out)


    • Minimum of ND in any relevant field or management course.
    • Proven work experience (At least 2 years) working in similar capacity in a structured organization.
    • Exposure to global best practices.
    • Hands on experience with Microsoft Suite Office.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent customer management skills
    • Must reside in Victoria Island axis of Lagos or willing to relocate.
