Accountant at Rich-Oak Investment and Business Advisory Limited

• Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
• Tax reporting and inventory processing
• Properly post double entries
• Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
• Advising on estimates for project funding
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
• Examining financial records to check for accuracy
• Managing Quickbooks

REQUIREMENTS

A chartered accountant or must be in at least Professional level in ICAN.

• BSc in Accounting
• Very good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
• Commercial and business awareness
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with Quickbooks
• A keen eye for details
• Good knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
