We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Accounts & Finance Manager to lead our finance, reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and financial control functions within a project-driven oil & gas services environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in project costing, contract billing, cash-flow management, procurement controls, and commercial risk management to provide executive leadership with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Reporting:Lead the finance function, align strategy with business objectives, and produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis).
Project Accounting & Billing:Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, margin analysis, contract billing milestones, and unbilled revenue across oil & gas service contracts.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:Maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts, manage daily liquidity, monitor working capital, and maintain banking relationships.
Budgeting & Cost Control:Lead the annual budgeting process, track budget utilization, challenge unsupported expenses, and implement cost-reduction mechanisms.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance:Ensure computation, remittance, and filing for CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, and other statutory liabilities in line with Nigerian tax laws.
