- 5 - 10 years in the above functions in a well structured Consultancy practice
- Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts,
- Strong business development skills with a track record of converting prospects to paying clients,
- Experience in executing HR/training/financial advisory projects,
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal,
- Good people skills,
- Detail orientation.
