Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to:

• Design or create graphics to meet specific business, office, commercial or promotional needs,
• Design a wide variety of content, including: Notebooks, brochures, calendars, digital ads, annual reports, infographics, data visualizations, e-books and more.
• Thoughtfully integrate writing and design to create the best visual stories and experiences.
• May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
• Be very skilled in skilled in Graphics and Corel Draw packages.

Responsibilities

• Design layouts and brochures for print and online publications.
• Create computer-generated graphics or animation.
• Draw detailed or technical illustrations.
• Review art or design materials.
• Collaborate with other colleagues to develop or refine designs.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Typography & illustration skills
• Proficient understanding of multimedia design.
• Ability to work with Adobe Captivate, Adobe illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop other typing related MS Word and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain records, documents, or other files.
• Operate still or video cameras or related equipment.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-player mentality
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Openness to feedback and willingness to take direction and criticism.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years’ work experience as a Graphics Designer or in any related position.
• Good command of English language – very important!
• Must be able to use multimedia and other graphics application
• Must be expert in the use of Corel Draw and any other graphic design related computer packages
• Digital marketing – Priority would be given to candidates who can use social media effectively for digital marketing.
• Candidate with qualification not higher than OND would be considered.
• The position is based in Abuja, and only candidates resident in Abuja would be considered.
