Reporting line: Employee Relations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Carry out administrative tasks as advised by the Employee Relations Manager.
• Source for cvs for vacant roles as advised by the Employee Relations Manager.
• Carry out weekly visitation to outsourced employees, as advised by the Employee Relations Manager.
• Act as the Liaison between the client and the organization.

Required skills:

• Good Microsoft application skills- Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Project Management
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving and ability to multi-task

Exp/Qualification:

• Minimum of OND.
• A background in Customer Service and Administration is desired.
• Basic Human Resource skills/experience.
• Not more than 35yrs old
