JOB PURPOSE:
Implement and Monitor Customer Service Delivery strategy in assigned showroom to ensure that Customer base within this territory enjoy remarkable positive in-store experience at all contacts with complete query resolution. Mentor Trainee and Junior Software Developers

Job Description:

• Candidate must have a basic knowledge of software development.
• Candidate must understand the stages of software development.
• Candidate must have experience more than one programming language demonstrated by successful completion of online/offline projects.
• Candidate must know how to work with databases. This can be off any Database Management System.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to comprehend basic spoken English and respond accordingly.
• Candidate must be able to effectively transfer knowledge of things learned on the job to other developers.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of various software technologies and how they have been used.
• Candidate must understand how git version control works with proof of on successful project completion using git/bitbucket version control.

Job Requirements: HND/BSc/MSc

A minimum of 3 year full-time working experience.
