IT Support (System & Network Administration) Intern at The Concept Group

Description:

To provide first level IT Support to all staff

• First line (tier 1) contact for all incident reporting and documentation
• Ensures prompt user support and resolve user issues or escalates immediately
• Keep tracks of system/service requests and follow-up for close out
• Assist with routine network devices and infrastructure configuration/administration
• Regularly updates the Helpdesk incident reporting database with weekly report distribution
• Perform and manage regular back-ups and disaster recovery process according to agreed standards
• Install and configure software and hardware according to agreed standards
• Active involvement in spotting anomalies, and come up with innovations and solutions to drive better operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic Support (Network & Troubleshooting) Skills
• B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer and Electronics Engineering or any related field.
• Open to learning
• Prior experience in IT Support is an added advantage
