• To obtain and maintain an efficient workforce.
• To coordinate human relations and human capital development.
• To keep efficient and accurate records of personnel

• To liaise with the workers Union on demands and maintain cordial industrial relations.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft words, excel and power point.

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Business Administration and management with 5 years working experience in a manufacturing industry.
