    Business Development Officer

    Job Description

    • Process all types of Visas
    • Advise clients on travel arrangements
    • Book Reservations (hotels, flights & tours)
    • Fill Application forms
    • Provide contents for Social Media
    • Keep Product and Brand knowledge up-to-date whilst having in-dept knowledge of the company's brochure
    • Keep clients abreast of changes
    • Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution

    Requirements/Skills

    • B.Sc in any related course of study
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Smart and intelligent
    • Good computer skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Business Development skills
    • Excellent work ethics.
