Job Description

• Develop marketing strategies for products & services
• Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
• Create and execute lead generation programs
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
• Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
• Makes product appeal to the target market
• Ensure that all sales targets are met within the quota during a given period
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5years’ experience in Sales or Marketing
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Must be proficient and strong understanding of MS Office programs
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent analytical, verbal communication and presentation skills
