    Senior Legal Practitioner

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10yrs work experience and at least 6yrs of these handling commercial transactions.
    • He/she must have good experience in preparing/reviewing Joint Venture/Share Purchase/Asset Purchase/Service Level Agreements etc.
