    Account and Admin Officer

    Job Roles.

    • Reconciliation of Bank Statement
    • Collection and payment of Cheques
    • Preparation of Invoices
    • Payment of Salary
    • Handling of Float
    • Disbursement of Lunch allowances and Recharge card
    • To provide logistic support to the company
    • To keep stock of incoming and outgoing items.
    • To keep stock of items at the warehouses
    • To re-stock exhausted items
    • Pick up newly stocked items from airport
    • To disburse item to customer

    Job Requirement.

    • B.Sc. Accounting or any related degree.
    • Minimum of 1 year related working experience.
    • Effective communication skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
    • Self – Motivated
    • Proven writing skills in English
