• Develop market strategies for business development
• Generate new business plans for launch of bakery products in new markets /Segments.
• Craft brand strategy, improvement of the brand image of the existing products
• Manage product distribution
• Develope distribution strategies and set up distribution networks
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows and promotional activities, advertise company products.
• Regularly conduct market survey and customers need assessment
• Develop and implement a weekly marketing plan
• Work on improving the visibility of the company as well as its products
• Improve customer relationship management for the company
• Meet revenue targets by direct marketing and sales
• Improve marketing efforts through indirect marketing.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Marketing and Sales Reports

Education and skills Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience in bakery.
• Must have good knowledge and understanding in the sales of Bakery products.
• Able to apply managerial skills.
• Excellent understand of marketing strategies.
• Able to use the computer to prepare basic reports
• Graduate with at least OND
