Head of Sales at Vincintore Limited

 Candidate will be

• Accountable for overall sales organisation performance, profitable achievement of sales organisation goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy;
• Develop, drive and implement the overall Sales distribution and marketing (brand) strategy for the company
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve budgets across all aspects of the Companys Sales.
• Drive profitability across the branch network.
• Develop and maintain profitable alliance partnerships to support the execution of the companys strategy
• Candidate should have Ten (10) to Twelve (12) years experience, with relevant experience in Retail Financial Services Sales roles and an MBA with a relevant first degree.
• Remuneration is negotiable at 10-12million annual gross
