    Business Development Consultant

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Promote sales and secure business from existing and prospective clients
    • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential clients and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs
    • Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
    • Make daily telephone calls and in person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients
    • Updating daily activity and result reports on a CRM 
    • Resolve customer complaints
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks and targets.

    KNOWLDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT
    Relevant academic qualifications;

    • five years’ work experience selling Training and Consulting services to public and private sector clients 
    • Able to work with minimal supervision
    • Self Motivated
    • Good oral and written communication skills 
    • Neat and corporate personal appearance
    • Computer proficiency
    • Able to multitask
    • Strong work and productivity ethics
    • Able to deliver on timelines activity and revenue targets
    • Professionalism
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
    • Interpersonal skills 
    • Presentation skills 
    • Customer focus
    • Teamwork and collaboration skills.

    REMUNERATION
