Senior Trust Services Lawyer at Integrated Corporate Services - ICSL

The job specifications are but are not limited to the following:

• Generate new business mandates for the company in line with approved budget(s) from time to time;
• Act as liaison officer with Regulatory Authorities
• Responsible for client relationships, advising on trusts, foundations and estate planning issues.
• Responsible for new product development in Trusts, Wealth & Estate Planning services.
• Liaise with Operations/Accounts to ensure relevant payments/ deduction are made and invoices issued for Trustees’ Fees as and when due.

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR THE ROLE

• LLB. not below 2nd class lower division, BL, MBA will be an added advantage
• Registered Capital Market operator
• Membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners or related professional qualification.
• A minimum of 16 years’ experience in Trust related assignments.
