Job Description
Will Be Responsible for:

• Facilitating Automation and Control Related courses
• Advance Programmable Logic Controllers (Any of Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, Omron)
• Distributed Control System will be an added advantage
• Basic Electrical Troubleshooting
• Industrial Motor Controls
• Pneumatic / Electro-Pneumatic will be an added advantage
• SCADA/HMI (Any of WinCC, WonderWare, FactoryTalkView, RSView32, PanelView32, ABB)
• Instrumentation Knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Developing Technical Proposal and Bid Documents
• Developing Course Manuals and Presentations
• Automation or Electronics Project Consulting

Requirements

• Minimum of Two (2) years’ Experience Working with Automation and Control System as an Automation & Control Engineer or Equivalent
• Knowledge of Motor Control Circuit Design and Modification (Direct On Line, Star-Delta, Dynamic Braking, Forward –Reverse Starter)
• Knowledge of Electrical Wiring diagram Interpretation
• Knowledge of Application of Relevant Electrical Standards (NEC, IEE, NFPA, NEMA, BS, IEC etc.)
• Sound Knowledge of Basic and Advance Programming and Troubleshooting of PLC Controls System
• Sound Knowledge of Control Wiring Interpretation
• Experience in Selection/Sizing of components for Automation Controls
• Knows the Application of Relevant Electrical Standards (NEC, IEE, NFPA, NEMA, BS, IEC etc.)
• Troubleshoot PLC Hardware & Software Problems
• Troubleshoot PLC Noise Related Problems
• Troubleshoot PLC Communication Related Problems (EthernetIP, Profibus, DF1, DH+, DH485, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus etc.)
• Troubleshoot WLAN and LAN Communication Related Problems (on VPN, WLAN, VMWare, Routers and Switches etc.)
• Design of SCADA/HMI Architecture for Project
• Interest In Research And Self Development
• Use Of Ms-PowerPoint
• Computer Appreciation
