The Warehouse officer will be responsible for managing day to day operations of the warehouse, inventory planning, stock planning, logistics and delivery planning and other responsibilities as may be deemed by management.

Responsibilities

• Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.
• Verify all the incoming material according to SOP/ISO Standard.
• Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.
• Verify all the last day activity(In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
• Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system
• Train the subordinate/team on ISO/ company Sops .
• Strong coordination with team , user departments.
• Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock

Requirements

• 3-5 years of  warehouse management and operations
• Good experience in stock taking, stock planning and inventory management
• Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills and organizational and time management skills.
• Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong decision making ability, resourceful problem solver, and high degree of integrity;

Requirements/Education and Experience Required

• OND,NCE and HND  Degree in any discipline relevant to the position under consideration
• Only male candidates are required to apply
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience  at managerial level Age
• Max age limit less than 40 years.
