A newly established Retail/Supermarket Business within highbrow lekki community needs to bring onboard a Bustiness Manager with the following characteristics and responsibilities:

• Have complete understanding of Supermarket/Retails Chain Management System.
• Will have overall responsibilities for the smooth and effective operation of the business on daily basis.
• Must be creative and innovative in his Management Philosophy and products differentiation in the day-to-day operation of the business.
• Must be willing to provide effective leadership for his team through leading by example.
• Must be able to take tough decisions where and when necessary.
• Must be willing and ready to hold every member of his team accountable and be willy and ready to be held accountable for the effective and efficient management of the business.
• Must be prepared to promote and entrenched the culture of service delivery to all associates and his management team.
