Duties

• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals;
• Producing detailed workings, highly detailed drawings and specifications;
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required;
• Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running smoothly and timely;
• A Resolvmg problems and issues that arise during construction;
• Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed;
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.

Other Requirements

• Must be computer literate
• Good Communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Not older than 35 years old
