Responsibilities

• Develop & implement short term plans in order to ensure effective customer coverage and awareness.
• Educate clients about our services.
• Network effectively & build meaningful relationships with key customers & opinion leaders in own territory and constantly manage their expectations.
• Liaise with and persuade targeted health facilities to incorporate our services.
• Increase market penetration and monitor performance against planned objectives in own area & take action to close the gap.
• Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other team members to address key business issues and opportunities
• Provide reports & feedback pertaining to trends/opportunities.
• Attend and participate in the organization of clinical meetings, presentation, training sessions, seminars and exhibitions.
• Ensure timely completion & updating of all sales/event reports & the related administration.

Candidate Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in science.
• Not less than 1 year working experience in the marketing and sales of products/services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
