     Job Description
    Prvides directin and specialist knwledge in applying the technlgy/applicatin t client business. Facilitatin f custmer prduct/applicatin understanding thrugh presentatins demnstratins and benchmarks; prvisin f supprt thrughut the sell.

    As a Principal Sales Cnsultant yu will be respnsible as the expert fr frmulating and leading presales technical / functinal supprt activity t prspective clients and custmers while ensuring custmer satisfactin. Acts as a technical resurce and mentr fr less experienced Sales Cnsultants. Fcuses n large r cmplex sales pprtunities that need creative and cmplex slutins. Develps prductivity tls and training fr ther Sales Cnsultants. Develps and delivers utstanding racle presentatins and demnstratins. Leads any and all aspects f the technical sales prcess. Advises internal and external clients n verall architect slutins.

Wrk is nn-rutine and very cmplex, invlving the applicatin f advanced technical/business skills in area f specializatin. 3 years vendr (sales and marketing) experience. 7 years business experience with relevant cmputer applicatins r database/tls. Demnstrated excellent verbal and written cmmunicatin skills: needs analysis, psitining, business justificatin, clsing techniques.     Key Respnsibilities

    • Lead Transfrmatinal/cmplex/strategic deals. Have a leading rle in driving the sales cycle frm accunt qualificatin, t develping the slutins value prpsitin, understanding the risks and mitigatin plans, addressing the cmpetitive landscape and handling bjectins till deal clsure.
    • Build the business case t address custmer bjectives and Key Business Requirements, i.e. establish a game plan t win custmer evaluatin criteria, understand the cmpetitive landscape, develp RI, understand relevant success stries and racle references, etc.
    • Develp the slutin architecture and slutin radmap based n current and future custmer needs
    • Act as Trusted Advisr fr selected custmers in their digital transfrmatin
    • Tailr the slutin cnsulting delivery plan t shwcase racle Business prcess that allws custmer t imprve/achieve business bjectives
    • Fster innvatin: create WW effect and high Custmer impact t shw case racle innvatin. Execute high impact slutin delivery t shw case racle innvatin and cmpetitive advantages.

    Preferred Qualificatins:

    • Post-graduate Degree or equivalent
    • 7 years f experience in related area, as pre-sales, implementatin cnsultant.
    • 7 years business experience in any f the mentined industries Proven analytical, time-management and prblem slving skills Ability t articulate a value-based prpsitin f racle prducts /slutins
    • Excellent cmmunicatin and interpersnal skills
    • Strng relatinship building skills and verall cmprehensin f sales cycle
    • A team player in an internatinal team
    • supprting a large regin, willing t travel (up t 60)
    • Fluent in English, is a must, French/Prtuguese is preferred
