Housessories Limited URGENTLY needs suitable and qualified canditates to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Executive. This position is responsible sales & marketing activities for building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

• Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns that effectively demonstrate product value, functionality, programs/pricing, company background, and effective sales methodologies.

• Plan & execute campaign or launch programs and evaluate execution to determine ROI and identify improvements.

• Create brand awareness using social media accounts (ensure product pictures are watermarked) and post them on facebook, twitter, pinterest and instagram, according to the products being pushed for the month.

Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in English, presentation skills, client relationships,  high energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, passion for sales, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning, independence, excellent knowledge of MS office.

Key Requirements: A minimum of 1 year Sales or Marketing experience is required. Experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage. A well put and smart appearance is very important.
