Administrative Officer - (Female) at RainBird Nigeria Limited

Description:

• She will be required to manage day-to-day running of the office;
• She will provide support for the business development and marketing team;
• She will manage support staff such as drivers, janitors etc;
• She will be required to make travel arrangements, prepare trip requests, vehicle requests and travel vouchers; assist in the preparation, review and submission of procurement requisition packages;
• She will prepare all official communique (proposals, mous, reports, agendas, minutes of meetings);
• She will order and manage expendable supplies;
• She will manage document filing and maintain the filing systems; receive and control incoming correspondence and communications;
• She will interface with clients, stakeholders, vendors and visitors;
• She will be required to double-up as a marketer, and be actively involved in business prospecting and sales of products and services.
