Human Resources Manager at CWAY Foods and Beverages Nigeria

Details:

• Shortlist, interview, and select qualified candidates  to fill vacant positions existing in the organization
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward the company’s goals
• Set-up of HR policies in alignment with the company’s core values
• Coordinate communication between the personnel and the management.
• Handle all personnel transactions such as confirmations, promotions, transfers and performance review
• Advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and carries out disciplinary actions when necessary
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and other allied documents
• Ensures that the Company is compliant with all Federal labour law, e.g. working hours, wages, leave sickness, severance benefits etc.  
• Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization 
• Manage benefits programs such as life insurance, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee support 
• Prepare and manage the HR departmental  budget
• Prepare employee separation notices, related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation
