Job Description

• The role would take complete responsibility of the organization, including man management, operations, and sales growth, reporting into the Regional Vice President.
• You will be tasked with continuing the tremendous sales growth they are experiencing in addition to bringing a new internal culture, promoting an environment which encourages employee development and autonomy thus allowing for further company success.
• The product offering is wide and diverse, but includes total turnkey automation solutions to the process markets e.g. Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Water/Waste Water, and many others, across Nigeria.
• I'm interested in speaking to Nigerian nationals with P&L and man management experience in the Automation or parallel industries.

Requirements

• You should bring a strong sales track record, a entrepreneurial mind-set, and a willingness to be hands on.
• In addition, candidates should have a related Degree (Engineering/Automation) and be willing to be based in Nigeria.
