Content Writer (Real Estate Related) at The Krine

Job Description

•     Your basic and most important responsibility would be to create Real Estate themed write-ups that are precise, clear & witty.
•     The ideal candidate should also have a knowledge of managing enquiries made on our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Google plus etc).

Duties and Responsibilities

•     Proactively initiate new content strategies.
•     Plan and launch content initiatives in conjunction with other team members and departments
•     Create new web pages or articles.
•     Create articles based on topics assigned.
•     Content promotion (via social media).
•     Keep up to date on current events relating to the Nigerian real estate industry.

Qualifications

•     Work Experience in Nigerian real estate sector (preferred).
•     Six months experience writing for a real estate publication.
•     Flawless grammar and fluent English.
•     Ability to research.
•     Ability to reach out and work with a variety of different contributors, internal and external.
•     Adaptability to changing priorities and project based approval processes.
•     Ability to work on a deadline.
•     Ability to work unsupervised.
