The ideal candidate will be responsible for Coordinating and controlling all activities related to managing IT relationships with the business - capturing business demand, provisioning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Specific responsibilities will also include:
Qualifications
This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 15 years post NYSC hands-on experience in Service Development or Operations and managing relationships with internal business customers. At least 7 years in a supervisory/management level.
