Responsibilities:
• Formulate policies and strategies aimed at selling our products and services in the Nothern regions under the guidance and supervision of the Head, Sales and Marketing.
• Meet sales targets set for the region by the Head, Sales & Marketing.
• Give the sales/marketing team in the region strategic and purposeful leadership.
• Create the needed awareness for our products and services in the region.
• Compile and analyze statistical data, draw inferences and prepare regular operational reports for the region.
• Responsible for market survey/research and feedback within their areas of operation.
• Represent the company in the region and project her image positively.
• Prepare and manage sales/marketing budget for the region
• Render regular weekly, monthly and any other report to the head office promptly.
• Plan and implement advertisement and promotional strategies for the business in the region under the guidance of the Head, Sales and Marketing.
• Coordinate the activities of the Marketing Executives and Independent Sales Representatives in the region.
• Any other assigned duties by the Head, Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• A good first Degree in any discipline, Masters Degree and professional qualifications will be advantageous.
• At least seven (7) years marketing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be innovative and highly resourceful
• Zeal and energy to create market for various global products
• Proficient in the use of Computer applications – MS word, excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Must not be less than 30 years old as at December 2013
