    Divisional Head of Sales

    Summary

    • Looking forward to the next step in your career? We are looking for professional with at least 5 years sales experience who will provide strategic leadership, team management and oversee all the sales team’s activities.

    Job Descriptions

    • As the Divisional Head of Sales you will use excellent communication skills, motivation and your innate winning attitude to play a major part in supporting our revenue generation and growth.
    • Daily tasks include identifying new commercial relationships and building a pipeline of business.
    • Upselling and cross selling, whilst defining the sales process and cycle.
    • As Divisional Head of Sales you will also be responsible for leading a sales team!

    As the Divisional Head of Sales, You will:

    • Work closely alongside the leadership team to build out and scale the Sales Operations function from both a strategic and operational perspective.
    • Ensure achievement of Sales target
    • Provide motivation and strategic leadership to sales team
    • Prepare periodic personal and team sales reports showing advertising sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Support reporting and analytics: sales pipeline & forecasting, Sales CRM effectiveness metrics; bookings data, key performance metrics, dashboards, sales org. chart/headcount reports etc.
    • Provide analysis and actionable metrics on ongoing basis to sales teams and management.
    • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    Qualifications

    • Possess a degree in Business Management, Marketing or related courses.
    • Have at least 5 years proven experience in sales management
    • Team-oriented, Result-oriented, Customer Focus
    • Good command & communication skills of English

    Skills:

    • You will have been doing a similar corporate role for at least 3 years
    • The ability to network and stay abreast of industry and competitive intelligence
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
    • Strong marketing, negotiation and decision making skills.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal  and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write strong PowerPoint presentations for both external and internal communications.
    • Proven time management and general project management skills.
    • You can lead and motivate a sales team
