    Technical Support Officer (Engineering Department)


    • Draft invoices, maintenance contracts, quotations and ensure records are updated.
    • Assist the Engineering team in administering service contract agreements
    • Liaise with external consultants to monitor incoming and outgoing information on behalf of the Engineering team. E.g. Unique instruments, etc.
    • Dealing with technical customer complaints and briefing Technical Managers.


    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years relevant experience in Engineering or Administrative role
    • Attention to detail
    • Good communication & Reporting skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
    • Prompt temporary/permanent solutions to issues and customer complaints.
    • Administrative skills
    • Excellent people-relations skills
    • Highly customer centric and service oriented
    • Ability to work in a highly fast-paced work environment.
