    Technical Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the overall maintenance and management of all farm equipment and implements Develop maintenance plan and budget, and execute according to set timelines
    • Coordinate the technical team to monitor and evaluate compliance with maintenance plan
    • Collate, analyse and present periodic maintenance reports to management

    Requirements

    • First degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field
    • Minimum of 7 years work experience with at least 4 years in leadership role
    • Experience with diagnostics and maintenance of Massey Ferguson tractors and CAT Bulldozers
    • Understanding of maintenance of hydraulics, transmission and braking systems
    • Ability to disassemble/reassemble engines
    • Experience in fabrication is an added advantage
