Job Requirements/Qualification

• First degree in any Building related discipline.
• Applicants must also possess at least 5yrs post NYSC experience inthe related field
• Demonstrated use of Project Management software is an addedadvantage

Job Description

• Effectively manage multiple projects
• Organizing the various professional people working on a project
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Manage project development from initiation to closure
• Be accountable for project results along with Project Manager
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members andstakeholders
• Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports toemployers/Management

Requirements/Skills

• Sufficient On-site experience
• Familiarity with Project Management tools and/ or software packages
• Strategic, operational and technical management skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with strong written and oralcommunication skills
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Creativity and demonstrated problem solving skills
• Applicants must not be over 32years
