    Wragby Technology Team Leader

    The job holder must have a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related fields with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification in a reputable organisation. Possession of cloud computing knowledge and the following professional certifications will be an added advantage;

    Certifications in domain-specific technologies (Microsoft Azure, EMS, OMS, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and or Lync/Skype for Business certifications)

    Certifications in information security (CISSP, CCSP, and/or CCSK) desirable

    Accountability:
    As a Wragby Technology Team Leader, you will drive and win the technical decision for Microsoft Cloud Productivity offerings with our enterprise and corporate customers, and other emerging cloud business expansion. This includes influencing the sale, deployment, and adoption of Azure Scenarios, Cloud Platform Services (Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Application, Data Platform Services), Office 365 and other Productivity workloads, including Office clients, SharePoint/OneDrive for Business, Exchange, Skype for Business, Yammer, Project, Visio, Power BI, and Delve Analytics.

    Key Roles

    • Be the go-to technical expert for the sales team:
    • Explain, demonstrate, and prove in-depth what Microsoft's Cloud Platform, Data Platform,
    • Security, Productivity products & services can do and how to enable & manage them for the largest enterprise customers.
    • Clear technical, competitive, and adoption blockers to Azure, EMS, OMS, D365, O365 Productivity sales & usage.
    • Lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance discussions for cloud solutions - Azure, EMS, OMS, D365, Office 365.
    • Be the connection and orchestration point for other technical resources:
    • Provide feedback to sales and operations team on current and future product requirements.
    • Communicate, manage and escalate technical, architectural and competitive blockers and insight to the appropriate channels.
    • Develop customer engagements for driving the sale, deployment, and adoption of Azure, EMS, OMS, D365, Windows Server, System Center, SQL and other hybrid-focused solutions.
    • Orchestrate cross-workload solutions of Microsoft products and services, such as Azure, O365, SQL Server, CRM, and Enterprise Mobility.

    Stay sharp and share your knowledge:

    • Continuously nurture and expand your technical, sales, and competitive readiness.
    • Own and Lead Wragby technical communities and in the broader industry through events, blogs, whitepapers, and articles for the Cloud Platform, Data Platform, Business Processes, and Productivity domain.

    • Effectively manages a team of consultants: provides guidance on career growth, performance management and develops the team capabilities
    • Ensure and facilitate the implementation of effective and efficient roles within your team of associate architects and interns.

    • Communicates business, customer and partner realities across Wragby.
    • Clearly articulates the Wragby Technology Services mission, goals and strategies helping their team understand how they play a part in continued success.
    • Demonstrates sound judgment in tough commercial and personnel situations.

    Sales Management

    • Prepares Technical Delivery resources for effective pre-sales engagement with new/existing customers, coaches them, and drives opportunity development

    Operations Management

    • Manages practice operations and areas of people metrics, staffing & resource management, expenses, etc.
    • Ensures team achieve Wragby Technology goals by tracking and driving KPIs such as utilization, sales, renewals, hiring, customer satisfaction, etc.
    • Demonstrates cross-team orchestration and collaboration.

    • Demonstrated experience in sales, sales operations, developing insight from reports and metrics. Team player and the opportunity to impact sales strategy and drive pipeline
    • You will be supporting the core sales & business operational processes, operationalize sales strategy, drive pipeline growth for key products and help accelerate Wragby’s transformation to a Cloud First, Mobile First company. You will leverage the key tenants of Sales Excellence which are: operational excellence, change management and sales leadership.

    Sales Leadership

    • Own the CSP incubation to birth process and consistently ensure minimum of 5 customers’ onboarded on a monthly basis.
    • Change Management
    • Strategize and support design, requirements and landing of Wragby processes and tools in partnership with Sales Team.
    • Develop a strong understanding of the business through close collaboration with the sales team and use of internal analytics such that you can explain the root cause of specific business challenges.
    • Provide insight to drive optimization of sales tools and resources.
    • Serve as Voice of the Field (VOF) for feeding improvements to technical – sales process, field orchestration and provide best practices to Wragby Leadership.

    Execution Excellence

    • Drives pipeline and forecast standards, hygiene, and readiness utilizing existing tools provided by Wragby - D365 et al.
    • Work closely with the sales teams to triage any operational reporting/tool challenges that arise.

    • Amazing Technical Sales Professional. Strong Cloud and Productivity solution selling experience
    • Deep Productivity products & Services knowledge. Strong hands-on technical experience with Azure, EMS, OMS, Office 365, Office 365 ProPlus and other Office clients (Professional, mobile clients & apps), and at least one of Exchange, SharePoint, or Skype for Business.
    • Cloud Solution architect. Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture in the cloud space required
    • Cloud Trust. Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance topics with regards to cloud and hybrid productivity solutions required.

    Analytics: Demonstrated knowledge of business analytics, including data modeling, report and dashboard creation, data security, governance and compliance required.

    Technical breadth. Experiences and knowledge in TCP/IP networking, enterprise-scale experience with cloud & hybrid infrastructures, heterogeneous client OS & device environments, productivity solution architecture and design, and migrations required.

    Planning for success. Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning. Good understanding of Azure, EMS and Office 365 deployment and adoption planning,  including Microsoft FastTrack, and the high-level project management and change management tasks associated with driving usage of Productivity workloads required Education.

    Cloud depth. Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Software design or development, Application Design, Systems Operations / Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security, Linux. Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with one or more of the following programming languages: .NET, C++, Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Pig/Hive.

    Security (ATA, Cybersecurity):

    • Capability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with client executive leadership (IT leadership and CSO level) and government investigating agencies.
    • Comfort with regularly presenting recommendations, backed by technical and business rationale, to the most senior levels within a customer organization.
    • Working knowledge and experience in the Enterprise domain, with a demonstrated history of leading security focused projects and teams.
    • Working knowledge of Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover frameworks and execution with the capacity to work with clients to prioritize their time and assets against these core areas.
    • Architect-level command of enterprise computer network defense systems, such as NIDS, HIDS, SIEM/SEMs, web proxies, antivirus, and specialized-purpose security systems necessary to assist clients both proactively and during a response.
    • Ability to provide technical advisory services to client security leadership teams and to help guide the client through possible countermeasures and follow-up remediation activities.
    • Ability to ensure the team’s overall successful delivery of on-site, incident response (IR), cyber threat analysis, tactical and strategic recovery efforts when necessary.
    • Recognition as a subject matter expert in Cybersecurity with a deep understanding of real-world APT tools, tactics, and procedures.
    • Strong Windows Active Directory and overall Microsoft cloud (i.e. O365, Azure, EMS, D365) and platform depth, background, and knowledge. Depth experience and knowledge of networking and UNIX and Linux a plus.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to move quickly and efficiently through a myriad of complex issues and in partnership with customers with high expectations.
    • Ability to lead and motivate technical communities.
