- To manage an efficient, safe site producing finished products that fulfill the requirements of our customers at least cost/maximum financial benefits.
- Quality and consistency of finished products.
- Mill performance.
- Seeking continuous operational improvement.
- Effective management of raw material, intermediate and finished product stock levels.
- Cost control (notably labour, energy, maintenance).
- Site Hygiene; Site Condition; Health and Safety.
- Direct management and motivation of production team.
