Admin/Logistic Officers Needed In An Oil & Gas Firm

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Interface with Banks on RRfFORM M issues
• Submission of Final Shipping Documents to Banks for
• Submission to SGS for RAR Processing
• Follow up with NA FDAC and DPR in Lagos to acceleratethe issuing of relevant permits
• Submission of Proforma Invoices and Insurance
• Certificates to the Banks
• Management of day to day running of office Administration
• Responsible to Logistics of expatriates, accommodation,visas etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of First Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience inadministration and logisticsgood Corrununication and Interpersonal Skills
• Highly numerate, strong credibility with excellent communication skill
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite
• Excellent Team Spirit, Leadership and Management Skills
• Membership to any Shipping Body is an advantage
• Experience in Shipping Industry an advantage
• Candidate must be 30 years to 40 years old
