Job Description:
Co-ordioaling appropriate use of and mainta!ning office assets, third party properties and all facilities thereon ensuring compliance with safety regplations and efficiency in cost-savings through strategic property management.
Education/Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' hands-on experience in a faci!ilies management or estate organization.
- BSc/HND in Estate Management or relevant course required
Specific skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Team-player with great interpersonal skills.
- Efficiency and diligence in time-bound situations.
- Sense of responsibility and co-ordination.
- Adept use of Microsoft Office tools.
