Procurement Superintendent (Supply Chain / Contracts / Trade / Mining) - West Africa at CA Global

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Superintendent for a large mining operation in West Africa. The candidate will be in part of on-site procurement Team and have to manage team in terms of Procurement to mining.
 
Responsibilities:

• Initial, revise and optimize material procurement procedure and management policies
• Review bidding and procurement;
• Prepare, review, submit, sign and execute procurement contracts;
• Execute payment procedure and submit review plan for payment to suppliers;
• Set up archives for suppliers rating;
• Regularly analyse system data and put forward advice on perfection of procurement management;
• Manage relevant procurement personnel;
• Approach quality disputes with suppliers;
• Analyse and study policies and relevant in-country laws. 

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Relative Degree
• Occupational experience in international procurement;
• Proficient in SAP system and capable of analysing and managing data in it;
• Know well international trade policies and have experience and skill in international trade
